Q: Tell me about how you started working with National Risk Management Services?
A: I have been here since day one of the agency over 22 years ago along with agency founders Tom Lucci and Pat Dull.
Q: So what has changed in that time?
A: We are constantly re-evaluating our processes and programs, always looking for ways to improve our services.
Q: Anything not change?
A: Yes, always putting our customers first, doing whatever it takes to get the job done and focusing on transportation. We want our customers to feel like they are part of our extended NRMS family.
Q: What sort of roles have you had in the company?
A: You name it, I have done it. Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service. Everything but Accounting! Working with all kinds of trucking companies: Small Fleet, Large Fleet and Owner Operators.
Q: What makes National Risk Management Services special?
A: The ability to make a direct positive impact with our customers. We pride ourselves on our trucking expertise and the ability to get to know the in’s and out’s of our client’s business. That results in us helping to solve tough challenges such as addressing coverage gaps, helping with claims and providing safety services.
Q: Anything else?
A: Call me old fashioned, but I believe in personal service. We take great pride in being responsive and by picking up the phone or meeting personally to help our customers as needed. No automated attendants!
Q: What do you do when you are not working?
Spending time with my two sons, animals and gardening. Ever since I was a kid my favorite annual tradition has been to make the trek to Hocking County and hike the caverns.
