Tell me about how you started working with National Risk Management Services?
A good friend told me about a great job opportunity at NRMS. I started part-time and soon became full time at the reception desk.
What sort of roles have you had in the company?
Sitting at the reception desk allows me ample opportunity to help meet our clients’ needs by answering their questions, issuing certificates of insurance, paying their bill or simply directing their call to someone who can help them further. I also help our staff here with various tasks that help them service our clients.
How would you describe National Risk Management Services?
NRMS is a busy and up-beat place of business that truly never stops until the job gets done.
What is your favorite story centered on working with one of our clients?
Since I am new I really enjoyed meeting a lot of our clients at our annual golf outing. It is nice to attach a face to the name of a person I speak with so often on the phone!
What do you like most about the trucking industry?
It has been so interesting to learn about the trucking insurance industry and all its complexities. I like driving on the highway and recognizing the trucking companies on the road.
What do you do when you are not working?
My husband and I do a lot with our three almost grown children, other family and friends. We walk and hike with our dogs and take advantage of the great events in and around Cleveland.
